We have scheduled our ceremony to commence promptly at 3pm. To ensure that the ceremony begins on time, we kindly request that you arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior. This will provide you with ample time to relax, enjoy a refreshing beverage, and locate your designated seat before the official proceedings commence.

For our wedding, we invite you to embrace a formal garden party aesthetic.
Women: Think floaty, elegant spring dresses in soft or vibrant hues.
Men: Light suits or tailored separates that feel effortlessly sophisticated.
To maintain a cohesive look, we kindly ask that guests avoid black suits and light blue dresses, as these are reserved for our wedding party.
Since our ceremony will take place outdoors on the grass, we recommend wearing flats or wedge heels for comfortable movement on the lawn.
Above all, our goal is for you to feel both stylish and comfortable while celebrating with us. Dress to impress, keeping the outdoor setting in mind!

We have chosen the beautiful lawns of the cottage garden at The Sir George as the location for our wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, we will continue the celebration with an outdoor cocktail hour and reception. Since our wedding is taking place in early October, the temperature may drop as the sun sets. To ensure your comfort throughout the evening, we recommend bringing a coat to keep warm. In case of rain, our venue has indoor spaces available for both the ceremony and reception, so the festivities will continue seamlessly.

Following the conclusion of our wedding ceremony, there will be a brief intermission before our reception commences. This interval will not only allow for the capturing of cherished family portraits, but it will also provide us, the bride and groom, with an opportunity to have our own special bridal portraits taken. While this takes place, our guests will be able to enjoy a delightful cocktail hour accompanied by delectable canapés. Additionally, to ensure that everyone has a delightful time, we have arranged for a variety of lawn games to be available for everyone's enjoyment.

Please join us in being fully present during our ceremony by refraining from using your personal cameras and phones during our ceremony. Our professional photographers and videographers will be capturing the ceremony and we'll share these pictures with you once we receive them. Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the rest of the event. Additionally, keep an eye out for QR codes posted around the venue to participate in capturing and sharing images using the POV app!

We kindly request that you refrain from sharing any photos of our wedding day on social media until we have had the chance to post our first official picture as husband and wife. We are more than happy for you to capture and share these special moments with us and our loved ones, and we truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
